常遇到的几种情形
以下摘自加拿大移民论坛上的真实提问与回帖，原文保留，并附出处。
起算日算错。 一位毕业生把收到完成函的日子当成申请毕业工签的起点：「As per IRCC, we have 90 days from the day we receive the official confirmation of completion.」回帖指出期限从课程结束算起，此时已失去身份，也无法再申请（CanadaVisa 论坛，2026 年 1 月）。另一家把孩子签证贴纸上的日期当成停留期，「we thought it was December 2025 because that was showing on the visa stamp」，发现时恢复身份的期限已过（2026 年 3 月）。
到期前一天递交。 有人在毕业工签到期前约十八小时递交访客记录申请，配偶的工签仍以「没有身份」被拒；回帖提醒，系统按 UTC 记录递交时刻，「that could explain why the officer views you as being out of status」（r/ImmigrationCanada，2026 年 9 月）。
以为申请在审就不会失去身份。 一对夫妇在境内递交了配偶团聚申请，妻子出境后以访客身份再入境，六个月后停留期到期，「No email, no notification, nothing in the account.」回帖说得直接：「IRCC don't send reminders.」（r/ImmigrationCanada，2026 年 9 月）
毕业工签到期，永久居民申请还没有确认。 「I will need an AOR to apply for a BOWP and continue working.」（r/ImmigrationCanada，2024 年 8 月）中文论坛上同样的问题：「我怕工作签证到期了，有没有什么好办法？」（飞出国论坛）
维持身份与恢复身份。 「Maintained status and restoration are different things, and they do not overlap.」（CanadaVisa 论坛，2026 年 9 月）提问的人说：「There are so many contradicting videos out there.」（2025 年 6 月）
父母的续留。 一位子女为母亲递交续留申请，「it has now been about one year with no update」，而父亲的停留期另到 2026 年 10 月（CanadaVisa 论坛，2025 年 11 月）。
看不懂的拒信。 「applied for super visa .. got refusal Refusal letter says : we have reviewed ur visitor visa TRV application?」（CanadaVisa 论坛，2026 年 4 月）
这些情形的共同之处在于日期：哪一天起算、哪一刻算递交、每个人各自到哪天。论坛回帖不构成意见，具体处境请向持牌顾问或律师确认。
